Magical, exciting and gripping adventure...We loved that it was modern, with strong female characters and yet also connected to the importance of those who have gone before us and the essential need we all have to protect the earth.

Bought for my son, but ended up reading it myself. Loved the characters and story theme. Had me gripped til the end.

What I actually like most about this book is the imagination and the creativity that oozes out of its pages. And that's something you just can't learn.

Author J.A. Browne made me laugh while simultaneously sitting on the edge of my seat... I'd also recommend this read to anyone invested in the environment - which should be everyone.

The world building is fantastic, and I think younger readers will absolutely love this.
