Author Visit and

Key Stage 2 Writing Workshop

As both a serving primary teacher and indie author, I love to teach children about exploring their imaginations through writing and nature and how important protecting our natural world is.

I have therefore developed a creative writing workshop aimed at Key Stage 2 which sparks children’s imaginations, particularly using the diversity and hidden talents of trees, as well as the incredible stories they bring with them.

Through the Seasons of the Character workshop, children will learn how to craft a character’s story arc, their characteristics and dilemmas they must face as they begin to outline their own fantasy adventure stories.
